I don't... she's mostly in onesies unless we're going somewhere. So I usually don't "dress" her unless it's the weekend.

haha yes!! I feel like it's more of a challenge to put together a cute outfit for boys. They don't come "prepackaged" I guess. And I bought a lot of his sweaters in the 9-12 months size and I don't think they'll fit him for several more months. He is so small!! He is still in 6 months, and 6-9 mos are JUST starting to fit him. It's crazy.
I love dressing him up though. Everyday

We stay home most of the time so I just put her in whatever. Even if we do go out I don't dress her up super cute. Just a cute shirt and pants!

If we're at home, she stays in her pjs! But for daycare, yeah, it takes me a while because I want her to be comfy AND cute!

Yeah, if we are going somewhere it takes me awhile to go through her millions of clothes. Especially now bc she's between sizes.

It is SO HARD to pick out an outfit for DD each morning! She has so many ridiculously cute clothes (all courtesy of grandma) and it's a struggle to decide what to wear. I don't know want to put a favourite outfit on her if we're not going anywhere special...but then I worry that she's not going to get much wear out of it.... so it's a bit of a balancing act.
I love dressing her though - DH accuses me of sometimes treating her like a little doll with her dresses and matching hair bows, but I can't help it, I just love it!

Not for daycare, we just put her in something clean and comfy. I have trouble picking her clothes on the weekends!

@Coco Bee: I definitely agree! He has a lot of clothes, but not a lot that necessarily goes together.

I feel ridiculous, but I totally have a hard time picking clothes! She has so much cute stuff, I want to make sure she gets a chance to wear all of it. Also, I'm embarrassingly aware of how many pictures I take of her, and I hate when it seems like she wears the same outfit over and over.

@pointybird & @ree723 - I can already forsee this as my future! I can't stop stocking up on cute stuff for LO (I have up to size 24mo/2T now). I love to play around with potential "future outfits"! Eek!

Ha yes....I secretly get excited when he spits up because that means its outfit change time!! Woot, woot!

@pointybird: Lala picks her clothes now, which makes it easier... but I feel the same pressure. A couple times when she was little, we found outfits that she never wore before she outgrew them. We make sure we're not repeating the same mistake with M.!

When I go out I feel pressure to dress her trendily. People always comment on what a little fashionista she is. My sister and I call this Bradshaw Syndrome. My sister suffers this, she is super fashion forward and people have come to expect greatness from her clothing choices.
At this point I just want to make sure I don't have outfits that don't get used before she outgrows them.

I have a system.
I pick the onesie on the left (I fold mine and put them in the drawer where they go 'in' on the right and 'out' on the left).
Then if it is a not-cute onesie, I look for a t-shirt or long-sleeve shirt to put on top, find the best matching pants (or jeans, if we're going out) and a sweater or hoodie that matches best.
If the onesie is cute, then I find the best matching pants and then I pick a sweater where the onesie will still show, and will match.

@Mrs. Jacks: I can't wait for baby pointybird to be able to pick out her own clothes! At ten months, she's already so funny and opinionated. I know she is going to have some strong feelings about what she wears, and I am so excited about that!

@pointybird: it's really great to have that extra window into their minds!
