seems like a lot because we have a tiny bathroom and a small shelf to keep them on. maybe 7 or 8?

I hoard bath towels. It's a problem.

We have tons. My DH refuses to use a towel twice.

Wow I feel weird about this but we have four. Two pairs for dh & I that rotate. Dd has about five of her own baby towels though!

I'm a sucker for soft towels and sheets. We have probably 8 sets of towels (bath, hand, and face cloths) and 4 sets of sheets. In spite of having so many, I still end up doing the laundry every week.
