What do you have and why do you like/dislike it?
Do you have plastic or wood? I'd prefer wood for looks but the plastic ones are much cheaper...

We have this house in our basement that we got LO for Christmas, she loves it! it's her favorite thing, in and out the door/ring doorbell/ect.

Are you or your SO handy? We use a lot of Ana White's plans and they are usually pretty easy to follow. She has this plan for a wooden playhouse that only costs $20-$50 to make!
