No pool. Parents have one and it's a PITA to maintain! It's only used a handful of times a year too. So lame.

@regberadaisy: I did a quick google search and heres a blurb I found...But really I have no idea (I've never owned a pool before), we weren't looking for a pool in our new place but we got one with an ozone system.

@chopsuey119: even tho M LOVEs it ;)? And you'll get so much use out of it down there!
@lavender: interesting. Def something to consider since we don't plan to keep our pool a chlorine pool.

I would love a pool, but we're one of the only houses in our neighborhood without one. My husband doesn't want to have to maintain one, either, so it looks like no pool for us. Luckily, my MIL, FIL and SIL all have pools, so at least we have somewhere to hang out. So far, though, my son hates the pool, so we haven't been able to spend much time in one yet.

We personally don't have a pool but our neighborhood does. DD has been taking swim lessons the past couple of months so she'll be more comfortable in the water this year. DS screams everytime he has to be in the water for a bath so it may be a year or so before he enjoys the pool.

@coacheswife123: outr neighbors have a big inflatable pool and it doesn't kill their grass!
We have an old-ass above ground. DH hates to maintain it.

@regberadaisy: Ha. Yeah totally not worth the cost to build and maintain. We'll probably get them a slip and slide or turn the sprinklers on and let them run around.
