I have always wanted one! One of my biggest pet peeves is trying to cook when the sink is full of dishes! I can't stand having to wash foods or drain pasta into a sink full of dishes.

No, but we never leave dishes in the sink so it isn't an issue!

Yup! We love cooking together and having family over while doing so. I hated only having one sink so when we designed our dream kitchen an island sink was essential!
It's not even so much dirty dishes. But being able to wash your hands while someone is washing something at the sink. Or being able to wash veggies in one while someone else is using the other.

Yes, but I don't use it because there isn't a lot of counter space near it. We only use it to fill the dog bowls!

We have a double (divided?) sink and use one side for dishes, one side for meal prep.

Our condo used to have a prep sink but the previous owners ripped it out.

I wish! It would be so nice. I hate having to do dishes in the middle of cooking to clean up space.
