I do but nobody has ever used it. I like to keep track of things LO likes but I'm debating to buy, ask grandma, or waiting until a special occasion (like I need to make the minimum for free shipping). 
I don't make it private because -wouldn't it be cool if we were surprised one day? Just wondering what your experiences are with the wish list. I'm thinking it MIGHT be useful on a birthday invite.

I have a private one for my kids that I use to keep track of stuff that I might want to buy. I send it to people when they ask for very specific suggestions for Bday gifts...usually my brother or best friends.

I have a public one for myself and a private one for my son that I use to track ideas...I am not actively using it right now though.

We just used my dad's to pick his bday and Father's Day gifts, but I don't think anyone but DH uses mine.

DH made one for household products he wants and shared it with me. Not that I kept track of the link.

They're all private, and a lot of stuff aren't actually stuff I need right now.. I use it more as like a bookmark tool.

I have a couple but they are private. And they aren't necessarily for things I need/want now. More of a reminder of potential things to consider for the future.

I have a wish list, but it's private. It's more of a place where I can put things where I'm interested in getting it later on (to get free shipping), someone made a recommendation, or something I want to keep in mind for the future.
