So far this week, I have practiced yoga 3 times, swam once, and run (on a treadmill) once. Yoga last night was a Flow class and pretty intense, but so far I'm not sore at all, which is nice.

Do you have a fitness routine (every Monday this, every Tuesday that) or do you wing it? Can you give me arguments for either approach? I think the perk to having a set routine is that you're less likely to "cheat"...but does it breed discontentment, if Monday rolls around and you really don't feel like doing your usual routine?

What's your ideal balance of strength/cardio workouts in a week...and how do you space them?
