My mom just got this really neat one for my nieces this year! It's the nativity scene on this felt like material and each day has a little person or animal to decorate the scene with. It's really cute.

We don't have an advent calendar but we do have this year round Christmas count down. DH loves Disney and Christmas so when we saw it in the store, we just had to get it.

We have two for this year. A chocolate/scripture one and a homemade one with a different activity each day.

Ooh this reminds me that I need to get one when I go grocery shopping. I've always just bought the ones Trader Joes sells, but I think next year I'm going to make one.
