I'm getting one soon and I'm really excited about it! I'm mostly decided what I'm getting (I have an idea that I love, but I'm keeping an open mind in case something else occurs to me before t-day).

@lovehoneybee: aw, that is so sweet that you and your dad have matching ones! I am actually going with my dad to get my first tattoo (and his like.... 12th, lol). Although we are not getting matching things. But I'm getting a tattoo for his mom who passed this summer so I'm really glad I'm going with him!

I have a snowflake that says daddy below it. It is obviously for my daddy who passed on Christmas Eve. I like to think he was as special and unique as a snowflake
it is my only tattoo.

I just got two tattoos (my two first) and consider both "honor" tattoos I guess... F's DOB on wrist, and a cherry blossom for my husband (we got married at a Japanese garden) the CB one is still healing so it looks a little red still.

No, but I want one. I'm thinking about getting H's name in my favorite typeface, but not sure where I want it.

I have my grandmother's handwriting on my shoulder. It was taken from the last card she wrote me and it says "I love you" with a little squiggly that she always signed before her name.
