I started getting zits in the eight grade but it really wasn't bad...one or two at a time? I was really self conscious about it and the night before my 8th grade graduation, I slathered my ENTIRE face with some newly purchased Clearasil cream instead of just spot treating my zits. I woke up the next morning with an irritated, bright red face. I wanted to stay home but my mom made me go to school......waaaah!

um, there is a video of me on christmas morning opening presents going, "Books!" "A Chemistry set!" "A calculator!!!!!!!"
I was (am) such a nerd.

I shoved a crayon up my nose and had to be rushed to the doctor's because i couldn't breathe. My parents will never let me forget it.

There was construction in my neighborhood. I went to pee and my sis (1 year younger) came with me. I sat down and was about to go when I heard something moving in the toilet. I got up to look and there was a BIG RAT coming for me. I ran screaming from the bathroom with my pants down, my sister followed even though she didn't know why I was screaming. My stepfather went and flushed it back down by beating it with the plunger.
I couldn't sit on the toilet in my own home for a year. My mom had to come to the bathroom with me.
The neighborhood kids said that I pooped out a rat or that I had a rat baby.

@mrsjazz: Oh my gosh, Dr. Tom (the poop expert) said that if a bee stings you while you're sitting on the toilet... that can cause a true toilet phobia. Sounds like something similar happened to you!!

I was such a miserable brat. LOL. all our videos are me scowling and yelling, "DON'T VIDEO ME!!" and running away. really lovely memories there.
and of course..LO has been frowning since she was born, even though she is a happy baby. go fig.

I farted in class when I was in grade 4. I was so embarrassed that I cried in the bathroom and my teacher and to come and talk me back into the class. Some of the boys snickered but my friends were as sympathetic as any 10-year old could be.

all my REALLY embarrassing stories have happened in my adult years though.

Oh geez.
I had to do a presentation on Rosa Parks when I was in 3rd grade in front of my entire elementary.
Well when I got up to that microphone it sounded kinda like this:Rosa (heavy breathing) Parks (heavy breathing) is (heavy breathing) a (heavy breathing) civil (heavy breathing) rights (heavy breathing) activist (heavy breathing) ... and so on.
It was horrible. I was so nervous. A kid even said something about it after the assembly to me during lunch!

@mrsjazz: OMG! I would have been traumatized for life!! I'm always paranoid that a roach will be hiding under the toilet seat, I would die if I saw a rat!!!!
In Kindergarten, I threw up on another little girl's back. I was mortified. I called my mom earlier that day to come get me and she wouldn't because she thought I just wanted to come home because my aunt was visiting. Way to go, mom!
