We've been drilling into Charlie that when he gets home, he should take his "shoes off, jacket off and clean [his] hands."

For a while I wasn't sure if he was paying attention, but now every time he gets home he shouts out: "shoes off, jacket off, clean hands!" Then he starts taking off his shoes and jacket! Every time he does it, I feel clever all over again. That is, until I have to chase him around to get him to wash his hands...
