I have a necklace with an M on it and a sweet quote to go along with it. I also have a hand-stamped necklace from a friend with her first and middle names on it.

DW got it for me for our first mother's day! I also frequently wear a disc charm necklace I had made on etsy with a representation of his real footprints (sent the artist the certificate from the hospital)! I get lots of compliments on that.
