I have a strange phobia of dots/holes. Polka dots and symetrical dots are fine, but randos freak me out. For example, the backs of ferns, pores, lots of ants/bugs, papaya seeds CREEP ME OUT.
I will also jump/run if I see a roach or a rat. Bees and spiders don't bother me half as much as roaches.. AHHH!
What are your phobias?

Ladders! I don't mind heights at all, but for some reason ladders scare me to death. Won't get on em!
Also, how pantyhose/tights feel when you pull them on. I don't know how to explain it, but I haaaate way they feel on my nails/skin when I pull them up. Once they're on, I'm fine.

Tomatoes. I seriously can't be in the room with fresh cut tomatoes. I don't even like to walk by them in the produce section.

there was a big thread a few months ago about fear of like...weird dot like textures. i don't know how to describe it, but i don't like looking at them either, it makes me feel icky!

I am afraid of ticks and leeches. So MN is not really my happy place sometimes. I am slowly starting to learn to deal with them. I asked Mr. T a few weeks ago if he saw a tick crawling on him would he fling it off and run away screaming. He said no. So I guess it really is just me. I don't want the girls to be scared, so I try to control myself and play it down.

Hair grosses me out more than it does other people. Hair in drains is so so nasty and hair in food will literally make me vomit.

Birds and roaches. I may have had a crying episode involving a gigantic roach a couple of weeks ago. It. Was. Awful.

I don't like spiders, bugs, etc. and make DH kill them unless I'm home alone.
I am absolutely petrified of any sort of bee, wasp, hornet though!!

and scared of heights - I can't even look over the railing from floor 2 down to floor 1 in my house.
and a major needle phobia, just hearing a drawer open to get it at the dr's makes me hyperventilate

Spiders and other large disgusting/creepy insects. I once was pouring a bowl of cereal and a cockroach came crawling out. It traumatized me for life.

Spiders. UGH! Can't even think about them!
Also I can never touch the stuff in the kitchen sink drain after washing dishes. Blerg!! DH has to UN-gunk the sink. I just can't. (No garbage disposals in this country...eye-roll!!)

Frogs, lizards, geckos, and big spiders. You can image how wonderfull it is to live in Florida!
@oliviaoblivia: all I had to see was the tittle of it when it started and I shut it off! Frogs make me want to run, vomit, and scream all at the same time.

@pinkb: Im in Florida, too, and I'm always amazed at the people I know who are terrified of lizards. This must be the worst place ever for you. There are literally lizards everywhere.

@Mrs. Twine: Ticks are so nasty. There is no bug nastier, in my opinion. Bugs in general don't bother me at all, but gah, ticks are just all sorts of barf.

@BananaPancakes: I dont think i have met anyone else scared of them! Makes me feel a little better knowing you do...lol. Yep cant wait to move out of this place. I literally watch every step I take to make sure one doesnt get too close to me, and if needed I will find another route if it is a lizard haven. And the 2 geckes that live by our light by the front door keep me from getting inside many many nights.

@cyndistar3: omg I'm scared of balloons too! I went to a 1st birthday party today, and there were tons and tons of balloons. I was so uncomfortable when I first got there! It took a couple of glasses of wine to help me relax and enjoy the party!
