Totally random question, but a program I run for work is about to have a completely blind participant join it and I want to make sure that I take good care of her while she's with us. I'm talking to her later today about her needs, but if anyone has experience with this, I'd love your tips. The program is academic in nature - Powerpoint based lecture sessions, a number of readings (I can get her audio books but we have a number of articles as well), activities that have visual elements, etc. Any experience you might have with accommodations of this nature would be great to know. Thanks!
