Nah, not anymore. But I have a friend that had twins yesterday...Louisa Isabel (Lulu) and Josephine Rose (Josie) sisters to Theodora (Teddie) and I had a pang of "Man, I LOVE those names!)

I have some now, but I don't absolutely love any of them. I'm trying to stick to ones we'd actually use. My contenders now are:
-Lucy Gertrude (my favorite, but Lucy is my MIL's dog
)
-Ruby Gertrude (a close second, but DH doesn't love Ruby)
-Sylvie (no MN for this one)
-Agatha Eloise (used to be the fave, now not sure)
-Ophelia
-Antonia (dislike all nicknames for this one)-Ignatius (NN Nate, but not sure about two kids with I names)
-Something with MN John
-Also potentially Meletic as a MN. It's an old family name.I need more boys' names, and some other good options for girls! I also apparently need a hobby, cause I'm not even preggo

DD's name starts with a K; we have another K name (I like matchy matchy
) for if we have another girl. If/when we have another boy.. I have no idea! We never even came up with a boy name the first go around!

@autumnlove: fun! We didn't have an actual list the first time around and only came up with 1 girl name that we actually loved. We had a boy name, too, but neither of us are all that in love with it anymore. It's hard when you love the first name you choose so much!

@snowjewelz: I can't decide how I feel about matchy-matchy. I see people who do it, and I think, OK, that's fine. I just don't think I'd do it intentionally in order to be matchy. Ignatius would be for family, in honor of all of DH's family who are Jesuits. I'm not convinced of it, but it's still on the (hypothetical) table at this point.

@LovelyPlum: Hehe, mine's completely 100% intentional lol. Actually the first TWO letters of their names would be the same! If our next kid a boy tho then that goes out the window since we'd prob just scramble for A name.

Oh yes! Though we were ttc earlier this year and will ttc again starting next month (took a couple cycles off)
A boy will almost certainly be Eliot, after fil, or maybe Elijah. Before fil passed though, my favorites were Seth, Simon, and Judah.
I wrote a whole thread about girl names that would be after fil, and I never ran those options by dh but leaning heavily towards Eleanor, Elodie, or Ayelet, Norah is my favorite, but we know a Nora so it's out
I loooove Ruby and had a great aunt with that name, but dh vetoed it before lo1. Same with Pearl

If we have another girl we need to use an E (because I would feel awful for the other two to start with an E and not new baby)

ElenaBoys: our top names have always been Nolan, Kellen, Grant, and Holden (me, for this one.) if we decided to keep the E going with a boy too it would be Easton. But I don't feel as strongly about needing the same letter for a boy!

@MrsBrewer: DH and I and DS all have the same first initial. DS #2 will match too. We love it! We do have different middle initials just do it doesn't get too confusing.
We keep a list of names we like because J names are hard!

We have had some girl names and I go through phases of what I like most. But both our girl name choices when I was pregnant before are totally off the table now. So yes but nothing set in stone. Some favorites over time have been Violet and Emma but I doubt we'd ever go with either as a first name.
Boys names I have a long-standing favorite that doesn't work great with our last name and I always want to use my maiden name for a middle name. DH really likes the name Owen and pushes hard for that with our second and has mentioned it a few times this pregnancy too. -
Only cause we want another. I know it is going to be a battle to agree on one next time. I don't love anything yet.

Yup I've had a running one for the 10 years we have been married. I keep a paper planner so I have to manually go over it year to year.
Our tops are:

Girl-Camille
Dog-Tippy -
I love Violet Avery, but T hates it. He also hates Katelyn Makenna. If LO is a girl, she will be Aster Caroline and if it's a boy, he will be James Michael. I will be sad if I never get to use our second girl name. I'm quite attached to it.
