Someone is selling these on a local buy/sell group and since we are planning a Disney trip, and LO1 is getting more into Disney characters, these could be fun.
But not sure if it's worth the price ($25..that seems pricey to me for used toys) and if they'll just annoy me.
Where are these from and how much do they usually retail for?

I had a huge Tupperware full of figurines just like this as a kid, they were kids meals toys.

@Anya: I remember my little sister having those kids meal toys too!!! I told my husband that exactly. But could these be kids meal toys or do you think they are from somewhere else, like the Disney store?

@Anagram: Those look to me like the Disney equivalent of hot wheels or matchbox cars...all over the place and kind of annoying, but I could see the appeal for kids!

Looks all over the place... but I can attest that my 3 yo loves the Disney princess figures that come with the clip on/interchangeable dresses.... I see some of those thrown in there (belle, ariel and maybe the Cinderella and tianna).... but the rest looks like jumble to me....

yeah, i wouldn't pay more than $10 for those even if they're real disney stuff.

Some of them look like the themed sets you can buy at Disneyland/World (for example, the stepsister isn't exactly a widely available toy lol) but even if they were all special sets from Disney they are still not worth $25 used! $10 tops

These look like playsets to me, not kids meal toys. You can see in the pile that there are some with interchangeable clothes too. The little mermaid set is selling on Amazon right now for about $30, and there's obviously multiple sets there. I don't think $25 is a bad price if that's the case.

They are the real figure sets from Disney store. My LO plays with those. She got them when she was 3, but still uses them for imaginative play all the time.
They usually have deals for those sets. Like $10 a set or buy one get one free.

I second that they are the sets from the Disney Store. We have a ton of those floating around our house. Great deal!
