they are my favorite. I used to work as a cashier and literally had 1 a day since the display was right next to my cash.

I used to loooooooove them but I'm just like you and haven't had one in years... I love their little chocolate eggs.

Like the cream eggs? Not really, but mini-eggs? SIGN ME UP!!!

I love chocolate, but these have always kind of grossed me out!

I tried one once when I was really young and hated it. Never tried it again.

Yes, I love them! I like the minis more than the regular size!

LOVE THEM. If I lost a tooth in the spring I'd get cadbury eggs instead of $$. Makes sense to get chocolate to break in the new teeth.

My favorite candy ever! The sole reason why I prefer Easter to Halloween.

Ugh, YES. I've already had one this year. We will not discuss how many I had last year, suffice it to say, it was a lot.

Oh I LOVE them! Did you guys have the 'how do you eat yours' advert in America?

I LOVE cadbury eggs!! I was craving them around October when I was 7 months pregnant and was so excited to find that they made a Halloween version this year. Exactly the same thing except the "yolk" was colored green. I've already had 6 of them since they came out again for Easter.

Definitely yes. As an expat Brit in NYC, Cadbury's are an absolute reminder of home and childhood.
There are loads of great American chocolate makers (at the moment, we are enjoying Mast Brothers chocolate: http://mastbrothers.com/shop) but I simply cannot get to like Hershey's. I realise that's sacrilege in the USA, but it just tastes ... odd. Cadbury's for the win.

I prefer the caramel ones. But my true favorite are marshmallow eggs

@apis: Have you tried TCHO? Very good chocolate. Also Scharfenberger if you haven't had it!

@mrs-jacks: thanks for the recommendations. Nothing makes me more popular with DW than coming home with new chocolate to try!

@apis: I'm an expat Brit too! Where abouts in Blighty are you from?

@travelgirl1: I'm a displaced Londoner now in NYC. But I've been here long enough that I'm technically also an American now. It makes the England v USA World Cup games a little bit more ... conflicted!

@apis: Ah! I'm a Yorkshire lass in Toronto. Only been here a few years, although I have a Canadian daughter so feel a certain loyalty to the place now
Sorry for the thread jack, ChopSuey!

@travelgirl1: love Toronto... DW and I were there for a week last year and had a fantastic time. Great food. Question, though: are you getting your LO her British passport as well? We have the US passport for our LO, and are applying for the British one now.
And my apologies too!

LOVE them! I buy extra and freeze them to enjoy at random times later in the year. Changes the texture but they're still yummy.
@apis: The Hershey company actually manufacturers Cadbury chocolate products that are sold in the USA.

@littlefox: Did not know that, thanks for the knowledge. I guess I should try it again, then?
Whenever relatives/friends come over from the UK, they invariably bring chocolate and tea bags as reminders of home, so I probably haven't eaten US-made Cadbury's chocolate since I moved here in 2005!
