I have to say, a few years ago I tried to make Cadbury egg cookie bars or brownies...something along those lines. They were TERRIBLE. The Cadbury egg part got all dried out and bascially ended up like a hard piece of toffee. Not a fan. I'll just eat them straight up! My favorites, though, are the orange cream eggs, but they're really hard to find!

@littlebug: she said the trick was to freeze the egg before baking!
I doubt I will make them but they look yummy!!
