Most people like sushi. I only like tuna and uni (sea urchin). I also have an obsession with raw oysters. And if I'm at a nice restaurant, I'll have carpaccio... although the thought of eating raw beef is kinda freaky!
What about you? Do you like raw food (other than veggies of course)?

I don't eat sushi. I like my rice to be warm, not cold. But I will eat tuna, oysters, and some other things.

Yup yup. I love sashimi, raw sushi, oysters, carpaccio, tuna and steak tartare. I especially love when steak tartare comes with a super runny egg yolk on top, so I guess that means I like "raw" eggs too ;-p

Sushi! My faves are salmon, red snapper and amaebi. I love oysters too, but I can just as well have them slightly grilled. I also love gravlax. I can't bring myself to eat carpaccio though.

I love raw food! Love oysters, clams, lobster sashimi, sushi. I can't get enough. I even had this completely raw meat dish Japanese style at this restaurant called takeshi in west village. I was really apprehensive at first but it was probably the best new dish I tried this year!

i like some raw stuff. don't like raw seafood (clams, oysters, etc), but like raw fish (sushi)...love carpaccio, especially beef and tuna.

Do veggies count? Haha that's about the extent of my raw food. I'm not a huge fan of anything else. I have had tuna tartare on occasion and I can handle that.

I love fish sushi but not raw shellfish. I've had carpaccio a few times and can't stand beef it it's overcooked.

Yes, everything except steak. I can't eat it "blue" like the DH.
