Yes! I have the best recipe for it that was brought back from Paris in the 40's from some fancy resturant. Well that's the back story I got when I asked mom for it. Anyways funny story, I made it as a blue velvet cake once for my friends birthday and all of us had very blue poo! DH was freaking out and I was laughing so hard I almost had tears running down my legs!

@mrs. wagon: i made cupcakes right before I started this Paleo diet and I not only ate the finished product but I snuck spoonfuls of the icing out of the container. Like big spoonfuls! Then I ate a cupcake a day until they were gone. It was after The Cupcake Incident that I decided I HAVE to quit eating terrible if I'm ever going to lose Weight! But I'm pretty happy that my last hurrah was spoonfuls of cream cheese icing:)

I like red velvet cupcakes. BUT they are so messy!! My fingers are always stained red and if I bake the cupcakes at home there is a layer of red cupcake mix all over the kitchen.
