Bacon should be it's own food group! I only like it crispy -- soggy makes me gag. When I order it at a restaurant I have to say "almost burnt" so that it comes out ok because otherwise the cook's interpretation of just "crispy" isn't done enough. Haha high-maintenance bacon eater here

I like mine super crispy... almost burnt but not quite.
