I finally finished making DD's one-year photo book (now that she's 19 months!) I used to scrapbook a lot but I got so far behind and now with DD there's no way I'd ever keep up with it. So I'm thinking about making a yearly photo book. Do you do this? Or how often do you make a book?

I do! I actually started it as an anniversary present for DH, and I've continued it every year. I include everything that happened from April-April. I'm also going to do one for LO's first year. I've used Shutterfly for all of them and I love them.

I hope to. I do photobooks of individual big trips or events and have made them in three year increments because there's only so many meaningful photos of two adults in a year... So, I have a 2006-2009 and a 2010-2012 book made. But LO was born in 2013 and now my 2013 book is already 87 pages long and we're only in October! So it'll probably be a standalone book, and I'd assume the same going forward.
My intention is to continue to make a Jan-Dec "Yearbook" and then split it birthday to birthday for LO to keep for herself (and a copy split the same if/when we have more kids).

I used to scrapbook waaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the day. I don't foresee that ever happening again.
But, I can get on board with photobooks. My plan is to make one for LO every year and get 2 copies printed... 1 for her to keep, and 1 for her to have now to look through and "play" with. We'll see if this actually winds up happening, though

I am doing one for every 3 months during R's first year. Then probably so one every 6 months.
