@autumnlove: I don't need it, but it sure is convenient! Usually the diaper gets so swollen it isn't hard to tell.

@autumnlove: It is only on size N, 1 and 2 and so far only pampers swaddlers and Huggies little snugglers have it. I think it is very convenient for a newborn but when they reach a certain age its each enough to just check the diaper

I love it but maybe because I really don't want to miss anything- diaper rash sounds so uncomfortable! I don't NEED it necessarily but it does help..and DH doesn't want to use diapers without it! We are in pampers swaddlers size 3s. Once you hit size 4 they get harder to find though...Maybe by then there will be less "sort of wet" diapers...

They're on pampers (but not the overnights) and Huggies but not luvs. And only up to size 3 I think. I usually just squeeze his crotch area to see if its wet. You can tell pretty easy.

Don't have to have it buy do like it ! Some Huggies also have it but we prefer swaddlers!

@Mrsbells: The indicator is on our size 4 Swaddlers!

Don't need it, but it's nice! I won't have to worry about it though, because after trying a bunch of different kinds, I'm never leaving Pampers again!

@autumnlove: oh really? wow I didnt know that. I havent used the sensitive ones though and the regular swaddlers are not widely available in size 4. I think only target carries them for now

I use Seventh Generation for disposables, which doesn't have the wetness indicator. When I watch my niece, I do notice the ease of just looking at the indicator to see if she has a wet diaper.

Pampers baby dry doesn't have them, swaddlers do (up to size2) and sensitive have them up to size 5 I think. Cruisers don't have the indicator.
I really miss the indicator!

Don't need it but nice to have it. We are on Huggies size 1

DH loves the wetness indicator and DD is now in Sz 3. We can tell when she has a wet diaper now but DH still likes it. His mind was blown at the hospital when the nurse explained to him that with girls you need to check the back of the diaper for the blue line (he had only checked the front and it was yellow, but the back of the diaper was clearly blue)

I don't NEED it, but it sure is convenient! LO is now in size 3, and we continue to buy Pampers Swaddlers. To my knowledge, only the Pampers Swaddlers and Huggies Snugglers have the wetness indicators.

Love the blue line. We were gifted some Pampers Baby Dry (which don't have it) and DH demanded we relegate them to night time use and get more swaddlers. Had no problem with that.

The newborn diapers we got from the hospital had it, and we loved it.

I didn't realize how much I loved it until I accidentally bought a giant box of the overnights by mistake. But usually I can tell by feel.

They were great our first week home from the hospital and LO wasn't eating well because they allowed us to count wet diapers since without it we wouldn't have been able to determine each time she peed. We are in sz 1 now and still love them though they aren't a need.

We use Honest dipes and they don't have it...It was handy on the pampers in the newborn days but now we're in enough of a routine that we don't need it:)

I got the impression that they were only on the early diapers for new parents - after a while you can just tell when it's wet enough to change.
Thought it was very helpful in the early days.

Nope...He goes at pretty much the same times everyday and we only change after naps (3x a day) and after morning wake-up and before bed so total of 5 and he is rash free!

They are on the size 4 Pampers Sensitive- I can find them at Target for $25 a box, unfortunately C gets bad rashes with anything else. I don't really need the line, I really look for puffiness instead. It was really nice in the early days while we were still figuring things out though.

We use cloth, but used pampers sensitive swaddlers NB size. When LO was finally big enough for cloth, DH kept saying "where's the blue line??"

Love the indicator! I agree that it's not necessary once LO is older but it's nice to have!

@autumnlove: i like them a lot! She is the blowout queen, and she does the best with these...I also like their wipes- they're good and thick and I use a lot less. The dipes are cute, too:). I love seeing H's little pink diaper heart booty:)
