The kids are both off for Good Friday, so I guess we're off too! Our kids' preschool and afterschool programs are both secular, but hosted in religious institutions... so they take off most of the religious holidays.

My husband has the day off! He's an engineer at a huge company. I have no idea why they give the day off but I'm excited for him to be home! We are planning a trip to the zoo with some friends (who also work at the same place and have the day off)!

It is a teacher work day at day care. We have a friend watching her till noon and then DH and I are both going to take turns working from home and watching LO.

We used to get a half day, but two years ago they combined the half day we got for New Years Eve and the half day we got for Good Friday and gave us one "floating holiday" full day. I like having a full day to use whenever I want much better.

It's Spring Break here, so the school is closed already. But I don't know if they would close for Good Friday if it didn't fall on Easter week this year.

Daycare is closed. Hubs and I's offices are open. I am taking a PTO day. (which is kinda funny because I still have some work that can't wait, plus I have to wait for the blind installer and the security installer at the new house)

I have the day off, DH does not and daycare is open. DS is going to daycare and in the afternoon I will go over for his easter egg hunt. I'm excited to have a morning to myself, even if I spend the whole time cleaning!

Yes, its a major public holiday long weekend in Australia. Everything is closed today, and our business is closed for Easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Tuesday is our industry Rostered Day Off so we are closed then too

Yeah, I didn't know it until I picked him up from school today and one of the moms mentioned it! We just started preschool last week and haven't gotten their schedule down yet.
My husband is off just as a regularly scheduled day, so we get a surprise family day tomorrow. We had planned to just take our youngest to breakfast, but now I guess we can go do something!
