I used to think it was weird to call myself Daddy, but now Charlie says it so often that it is less weird.
I even call Mrs. Bee "Mommy" sometimes if Charlie is around, because otherwise he starts to call her "Bee!" He thinks it's hilarious that she has another name besides Mommy.
Do you or your SO ever refer to yourselves as Mommy or Daddy?

When hubs is talking to LO, he refers to me as Mommy but to my face he calls me my name.

It drives me nuts that my husband's parents still call each other mom and dad even if there are no kids around. We just do it in front of the LOs.

I don't have kids yet but I do have a dog. We both refer to ourselves as mommy and daddy already.
