I only pick out the girls outfits if we have to go somewhere in the morning otherwise I'll just pick something out when getting them ready in the morning. I may not even dress them at all some days 
Do you pick your LO's outfit out the night before or just wait until the morning when dressing them?

When he was little I didn't, but once he was about 2 getting dressed became a huge battle. So we started having him choose his clothes for the next day during the bedtime routine. We have one less thing to do and he's happier when getting dressed in the morning.

Not now. I did with D for a bit for preschool and kindergarten, but he's able to get it together in the mornings now.

I try to but usually I'm so tired and things are so hectic once I get the kids out of the bath, forget about doing clothing!

I just dress her the morning of. She has a ridiculous amount of clothes - that kid! And I keep them pretty organized in her closet and drawers so it's pretty easy to pick something out and throw it on her.

lately the easiest way to get her to fully wake up is to ask her what she wants to wear that day. She tells me what she wants from her closet and then I hand it to her so she can remove it from the hanger. It gets her excited about getting dressed and she usually cooperates.
