My friend who just finished pumping/nursing her 2nd and last child told me she's getting a boob job!
I guess nursing her kids did a number on her boobies.

If I wasn't afraid of unnecessary surgery I would in a minute. I used to have nice breasts. Now...ugh.

Not a boob job, but I am thinking about a tummy tuck if my saggy carried-as-big-as-a-house belly skin doesn't all shrink away as I lose weight!

Yes! I've always said I'll wait to see how they look after I'm done BFing babies. My mom's stayed nice looking after 3 kids, but she didn't BF. I can already tell a difference just after a long nursing session. They look teeny and deflated. But look GOOD when they're full! I'm going to take a pic and take that in someday and be like "I want these back, without the milk!" lol

Maybe if my boobs look like saggy noodles in the future!
honeydew / 7283 posts
I don't plan on it, but I could really use one! After pregnancy and breastfeeding they're just... gone

If after having these kiddos (and hopefully breastfeeding) my boobs are like busted saggy tube socks, yes, I'll get em fixed. Same goes for my stomach.
wonderful pea / 17279 posts
Yes. I want a reduction and lift. I will wait until after children in hopes of BFing my babies.
GOLD / wonderful apricot / 22646 posts
considering a tummy tuck after babies and a lift if i need it!

I'm too afraid of hospitals and surgery so none for me! If my boobs are "saggy noodles" then so be it!

They're holding up great so far, but I wouldn't hesitate! Life's too short!

I dream of a reduction/lift! I'm wondering how big these puppies can get....

Oh yes I am. My once gorgeous large breasts are now saggy and uneven after bb2 is weaned I'm getting the girls put back where they belong

I used to think that I would but the maintenance needed to keep implants looking great isn't worth it IMO - I don't want to have surgery every 10-15 years to keep them. My cousin just had hers removed - she had them for less than 15 years and was time to replace/remove.
Maybe a lift though?

I used to think, never ever!! but now I'm thinking maybe! In the far future. Just a lift, no implant.
coconut / 8483 posts
I want implants! I'm a 32 or 34A so after babies and nursing I'm sure they will be super small still and shriveled up! haha.

I pumped with my first, and I'm lucky my boobs didn't change and returned back to normal. I'm hoping that LO2 doesn't damage them because I don't want cosmetic surgery.
pomelo / 5321 posts
I needed a lift before kids! I would definitely consider it after I'm done having kids. These puppies are killing my back!
papaya / 10560 posts
I'm not into plastic surgery, but I'm lopsided and saggy after bf'ing one for a year, LO 2 on the way and my boobs will never be the same!
pomegranate / 3204 posts
Yes in the future after I'm done having kids! I used to have great boobs now they are sad!
nectarine / 2031 posts
Absolutely!! All of my friend did after they were done bf their babies

@MsLipGloss: LOL at life's too short!
No boob job for me though. My sister had one, and a tummy tuck several years ago (my nephew is 13). She's still incredibly unhappy with her body and has since gained a lot of weight so it seems like a waste to me!
pear / 1787 posts
No. I could never justify the expense, and I'm also terrified of being put under so I'd never have surgery that wasn't medically necessary.

@cmomma17: I do have my personal limits as to what is off the table/ what shouldn't be messed with . . . at least as of today . . . but I like to keep my options open, yo. ;P

I have fake boobs. After we finish having kids and i finish BF'ing I'll get a shiny new pair
GOLD / wonderful pea / 17697 posts
If we had the disposable money to spare for something like that I might consider a lift. I'd get a tummy tuck first, though!
clementine / 797 posts
I'd consider a lift if I was self conscious. I'm not too bothered by my membership in the itty bitty titty committee so I'd probably not get implants.
I'd consider a tummy tuck if I had twins or multiples and felt self conscious if I couldn't get back to a reasonable post-multiple tummy on my own.
nectarine / 2163 posts
ugh, would love to. would never be able to justify the money to myself or DH though
grapefruit / 4819 posts
Nope! However they look after I'm done having kids and BF'ing is how they're going to look. DH doesn't care and vanity is not something I've ever struggled with so I'll just be happy in knowing they did their job.

If my boobs don't shrink a LOT after kids, I definitely want a reduction. I would seriously consider a reduction/lift.
