I've already told DH that after kids I'm getting a lift and depending on what happens to them, possibly augmentation or reduction. Even if we didn't have kids I would get a lift and a little reduction so that I could wear cheaper bras.

If need be: absolutely.
I pretty much plan on it once were DONE having kids. I take care of my self physically so, for me it wouldn't be an "easy way out", it would be a well deserve cherry on top. I mean, 1000 hours on the treadmill ain't never gona make my boobies perky again. Only a breast augmentation surgery will do that. So yeah, anything necessary*
* by anything, I mean either implants or a lift or a tummy tuck. I wouldn't do any other vanity surgeries.

I doubt it. At the very least, I'd like to give myself a couple years after my last baby, to make sure I know how my body is going to "settle," before I decide on any kind of major cosmetic surgeries.

No way! I've almost always been a C and have gone up to a D when heavier/pregnant. But I've always felt the girls were slightly too large for my frame, so an enlargement has never crossed my mind. When I was done nursing my 1st baby, I was a smaller C and really liked that size. I'm hoping after baby 2 I will go back down to around that size.

I don't know how my boobs will fare through BFing but I would if I felt like it was necessary for my confidence! I love my boobs, and I'm worried about their future, lol. I'd have to get DH to agree, though, surgery stuff really freaks him out and I think he'd be concerned about safety.

If i need to, yes! But mine don't look bad at all after 1 baby. I actually already set aside the money in a personal savings account if I want work done after 3 kids. Exercise can only do so much sometimes.

I used to say, definitely yes. But now I don't see the point in elective surgery. My whole body is such a mess, a boob job isn't going to help things anyway

I'd rather spend that good chunk of change elsewhere. It's not worth it to me.

I would definitely consider it if my boobs got saggy. I love how they look now and don't want them to change! My mom got implants after she had her kids.

probably not--my boobs were not all that to begin with. i'd be more likely to get a tummy tuck, depending on how i'm feeling about my body and what the recovery is like.

Nope. They still look great in a supportive bra and DH isn't bothered by it.
