olive's hair isn't really long enough for pins. of course charlie is the boy and the baby that had much more hair!
i need to get more headbands. i like putting them on olive because it makes her look like a girl. you can't really tell with babies when they have short hair because they all look like boys.
do you dress up your lo's hair?

I try, too, but LO hates having things in her hair - she just pulls it off! I wish she wouldn't do that, though, because I love baby girls in big fluffy headbands.

I don't. I feel like if she has a headband, she just looks like a boy dressed up like a girl. I did buy her a headband for when she'll be a flower girl though.

I plan on putting headbands on our daughter who's due in August. I'm planning for a bald baby and buying bows that can be clipped onto headbands and buying solid colored headbands so I can swap things out and also use the bows if/when she does have hair. I love cute little bows on little girls but not the big, huge flowers that are bigger than the baby's face.

I've never put anything in the hair of my daughter so far. I'll probably wait until her hair is long enough for hair-ties or barettes. In the meantime I dress her pretty girly, so there's no question of her gender.

M. has the best hair, so we do put headbands in. Miss Lala won't tolerate anything in her hair, but she is SUPER cute in ponytails, which stay in for exactly 5 seconds!

I wish I can put headbands on my daughter. She has a mullet and gets mistaken for a boy all the time. But she does not allow anything on her head long enough for me to even snap a photo.

My LO has tons of hair but I don't like to put headbands on her cuz they always leave a mark and I am afraid they are uncomfortable for her.

I bought some small baby clips from target before LO was born and sure enough she was born with tons of hair. It is super long on top so I always put a little bow clip in her hair and I think it is so cute. So far she hasn't pulled it out...she's almost 7 months now.

I do once in awhile but LO has a big head and the elastic on some of the headbands are tight, so they leave marks on her head. I feel bad that it might hurt, so I always take it off. The stretchy fabric headbands seem to be more comfortable though.

When she comes I will for sure put stuff on her hair, or headbands if she has no hair. I'm hoping starting young will prevent her from pulling them out (fingers crossed, it worked for my niece!)
