@chopsuey119: LOL! Me too! If kimchee is readily available (and I mean it's like in a bowl in my fridge, not in a jar where I have to get it out), then I'll eat it with kimchee. Otherwise, I'm too lazy to actually pull out the kimchee from the jar and put it in a separate plate. And maybe even have to cut it up. That's why I like "oh ee gee" (ugh..hard to type it in english). It's already cut up into bitesize pieces.

I love Shin Ramen so much I would marry it. I rarely eat it, though, because one package contains, like, 98% of your daily sodium intake. GAH! But I'll eat it with kimchi...If the kimchi is what @banana said about it already in a bowl. HAHA, so lazy.

I normally just eat it as is. Hubby likes to add in eggs into his.

Ramen is definitely one of my weaknesses. But only if it has onions/scallions, spinach, okra and a ton of lemon.

Just a note that I don't like ripe kimchi! I like my kimchi like I like my pickles: fresh!

I rarely have ramen, but DH likes to have it when I'm not home for dinner. I've never had it with kimchi, will have to try that!! We always have a jar (or two) in the fridge at all times...

I usually eat it plain but sometimes i scramble an egg in or add rice. I have seen the kimchi flavored ramen type soups at the korean store, but i've never bought it

I eat ramen by itself. I do add some things into it sometimes but no sides.
