I really should rotate his toys since he has so many and often forgets about them. I'm just too lazy.

All the time. She just gets bored of them, and newness makes them interesting again.

I haven't but I need to! I'm about to do some organizing after her birthday and set aside all the baby toys for her new sibling.

I rotate them through the rooms in our house that he spends time in. Living room, his bedroom, and our bedroom. He spends the most time in the living room.

I freaking hate that remote!
I just finally organized his toys and put the bulk of them away. He currently has a band set (xylophone, drum shaker and bell rattle thing), stacking cups, a ball, a stuffed whale and a giraffe hand puppet.

Most of her toys are in her closet and she's rarely in there, so all of those toys,are usually new and fun for her.

We only pull a few out for her at a time, not a true rotation. Her new daycare rotates though and she says that the kids love the toys so much more that way, plus she moves around where the outdoor toys are to change things up.
