I say it 99% of the time. I have a coworker who gives me funny looks if I say it to her (we have other issues), so I stopped but I say it to everyone else.

I always say bless you. But I also live in the bible belt so there's a lot of blessing going on around here : )

Haha, sometimes, but my two year old has picked it up and says it whenever someone sneezes. Too adorable to hear the baby sneeze in the next room and her big sister saying "bless you!"
