Guilty! I have to really love it to buy it, though

I said frequently - though maybe infrequently is more appropriate. Our bed is from there, as is our living room furniture set. We just bought our LO's crib, changing table and rocker from PBK.

Honestly, the furniture is not priced that much more than other quality semi custom furniture stores. And they do charge a bit for delivery but honestly their delivery service is worth every dollar. They give a 2 hour window, they always give me a 30 mins notice call/text, they install and build everything and remove all garbage. They is worth an extra $50-75 to me.

Also - not sure if it all is, but our couches from there are Mitchell Gold which is very good quality furniture. The slipcovers show some wear after 5 years (with a dog) but a trip to the dry cleaner and the couches look brand new. I have no complaints.

I do not shop there for accessories and such though because I do feel most of that is a rip.

I have shopped there a few times, but recently had a very bad experience - we ordered a bookcase that had a very bad chemical smell when it arrived. We let it air out for a week in the garage, but it still smelled very strongly so I decided to return it, which was a big hassle (I had to called their customer service department 4 separate times and spent 45 minutes in the store trying to get it resolved!).
I just don't think they're worth the price, especially with the poor customer service I received.

Nope, it's a little too classic/traditional for my tastes. And the price is a good deterrent, too

I love both but only buy stuff from there when it's on sale!

some stuff, though mostly little things, ie no furniture. my first set of dishes after college was from there, and we have a few random things, like serving bowls, dessert plates, pillows, a curtain. i've gotten gifts from there for people too.

Nope, too pricey. I do want one of the anywhere chairs for wah of our LOs but DH isn't keen on the idea...but in really can't blame him haha
