Totally! I'm guilty of turning it way down because I can't stand to be hot when I'm sleeping. I'd rather be too cold and snuggle under the covers.

Last night I finally caved and turned it on. We don't run it nonstop but most nights in the summer we will have it on...just to take the edge off. We live in Louisiana.
