I developed a big snacking sweet tooth in the past 6 months...often eating many pieces of chocolate or 1/2 bags of salty snacks after the kids go down. I would justify it by saying that it was "my time" to indulge and relax. Well....yeah, i gained like 10 lbs and am in the process of trying to lose that weight.

I've cut a lot of unnecessary snacking calories out of my diet both during the day and after the kids go down for the night. But every few days I get the urge for a mini reeses cup or just something to relax with.

I'm curious...do you snack? if so, what are your snacks of choice and do you limit yourself? (i.e. time of day, small bowl, etc).
