I think I have more time and need distractions while at work. When I'm home I'm busy with the kids!

at home, becuase at work I don't have access to any snacks except ones I bring with me, or I have to take a break to go buy one. at home, the kitchen is always right there

At work for sure. I can't snack in front of my kid or she will want it, too.

Definitely at work. I sit at my desk all day and just get antsy, and tend to just snack all day while I'm working. That's one of my goals for 2016 is to snack less at work!

WORK! I've snacked so much this week, it's awful.

At home. We have so many poor choice foods at home, where at work I am much more limited.

At home only when DD is taking a long nap and I'm unmotivated. Most of the time I'm too busy!
Same with work, if there's a looming deadline I'm. lucky to get lunch! If we're in between deadlines though, I'm snacking!

At work, for sure. They stock our kitchen for us, and at home I'm always busy chasing LO around.

Home! At work I only have the healthy snacks I bring. At home I eat eat eat.

home! at work i don't usually carry cash or change with me so i never have money for snacks unless i drive somewhere! its probably a good thing tho. when i work at home i snack all day! when the kids are home tho i eat less bc no time!
