I visit my parents regularly, and also see my siblings too. But we don't usually all spend time together as a family unit, say at Thanksgiving or Christmas.
We're all pretty far apart geographically though, which I'm sure is a big factor.

We get together for holidays, birthdays, and random weekends when I drive home and stay with my mom. I live about an hour and a half from my sister and parents.

nope - we all live in different states - at Christmas time 3 of the 4 of us make it to my moms house but never all 4

Depends on how you define it.
My sisters (whom I lived with as a child), my parents, and us get together 7-8 times a year (most holidays, events, random weekends).
My brother (whom I never lived with) and his family come to visit once per year and we all get together for a few days. They live halfway across the country or they would probably join us for more.

I'm an only child and see my parents at least once a week. My husband and I get together with his mom and siblings for dinner once every few months and also have holiday/birthday celebrations throughout the year.

yes on a regular basis. My parents, brother and I all live within 25 minutes of each other. We're very fortunate that we get to see each other often and that we all genuinely enjoy being together.

Yes, for holidays. We get together more often than that, but are often missing my bro who is a world traveller these days.

After LO arrived, we see each other ALL the time! It used to be about once a month, but now it's every week, sometimes multiple times a week. My parents live 30 mins away and my sister is 5 mins away.

All the time! Grandparents and a few aunts/uncles/cousins, too.

Yep. My mom has instituted a bi weekly family dinner that we've had about 3 times now....DH, me, LO, my teenage brother and my parents. It's nice to see them for a few hours like that. My brother works long weekends so he usually is asleep after we eat but we still enjoy seeing him. He's the one I see the least and would probably never see him if it werent for the dinners.

Yes, most of us still live within a few hours of each other and we frequently get together for holidays, birthdays, and sporting events. I see my parents, siblings, and grandparents at least every 2 weeks.

Every weekend is like a family reunion at my parents house since there are so many of us. I'm the only one that lives 1.5 hours away while everyone lives within 15 miles of my parents.

Almost every time we see parents on either side, the siblings and their kids are there too which is nice to have everyone together.

@mrbee: My brother lives pretty far and we only see him and his family once or twice a year.
My parents/grandparents/aunts/uncles/cousins I see all of the time.
Same with my DHs family, moreso immediate though.
We spend time together all the time.
