Absolutely, I love Target! The breach didn't change anything for me other than getting sent new cards- I never use my debit card to begin with, which to me is always higher risk since credit cards offer more protection (nothing is ever 100%, but there are built in safety measures and it isn't linked to my bank account as debit is).

Yes, but with cash. I RARELY went in there before the breech, but then of COURSE I was the one whose cards, not one but both, debit cards got hacked. Thankfully my bank shut it down when they tried to use it. I use cash. It probably is safe, but I just worry. LOL!
