Me too. I had braces twice so I don't want to mess up my teeth.

I had two sets too but I don't wear them. Ooops.

I have a permanent bottom retainer too, but do not wear my top retainer. It amazes me that 22 years later, the permanent retainer is still in and doing just fine. I've had it in my mouth longer than I haven't. Works wonders though. My older sister took hers out in her 30's and her teeth moved.

i wear mine to sleep every so often, and it seems to keep everything where it's supposed to be.

nope not anymore, but I do wear a nightguard so it acts as a retainer.
