Wow, I'm impressed! My dog actually took a lil chunk out of mine years ago. I kinda gave up after that & have been too lazy to get it replaced. Now I'm feeling guilty...heh

I had my braces taken off in 6th grade....so uh, almost 15 years ago? I definitely don't wear them anymore.

I do! But then I had invisalign before my wedding a year ago, and If I don't wear them then all that torture was for nothing. Plus I can tell a difference in my bite right away if I don't wear them. Hopefully one day my teeth will stop moving.

Ugh I wish I did. I have a permanent retainer on my lower teeth though.

I still do! Not every night, but most nights. They're 10 years old, but they still work.

Good for you. I found my retainers when we moved a few years back, they don't even go on anymore!! They now sit in the bottom drawer of my jewelery box mocking me.

I have a permanent retainer on my bottom front teeth but I haven't worn a regular retainer for 15 years or so! My teeth haven't shifted that I can tell though.

I went from nightly to every other night to once a week (every Sunday). Last year mine broke and I just got a new one last month!

YES, every night and I feel anxious if I go away and accidentally leave them at home! I'm paranoid about those years in braces going to waste if they move back. DH's sister's teeth totally went back to being crooked because she didn't wear hers and now she wants to get braces again.

Nope, but I really should because my teeth have shifted! I quit wearing mine sometime in college. Doubt they even fit now. Boo!

I wear my top retainer every night. I stopped wearing the bottom one because they're too tight and hurts.

I haven't worn mine for about 5 years now, and my bottom teeth have already gotten crooked again.
I'm so mad at myself! I need to go get new retainers fit to the shape of my teeth now, so they don't get any worse. -
Nope. But I have permanat retainers on top and bottom so that has helped some of the movement!
