I didn't snack after dinner when I was pregnant and had GD because I was trying to keep my blood sugar in check....but I have no will power these days!
Do you stop eating after a certain time?

Er. No. We eat dinner at 6 and by 8 I'm starving. Then it's ice cream for dessert.

Maybe after 10pm... Cause then I'd feel bad eating and sleeping right after!

I always feel like I have to eat something in the hour before I go to sleep, or else I'll wake up hungry in the night. I couldn't imagine not eating for hours before going to sleep..

I have been trying not to snack after I put the kids down. Lost a little weight, but it is hard! I am usually so tired and wanna eat as a pick me up.

Nope! At a certain point in the evening I often floss & brush my teeth so I won't be tempted to mindlessly snack...cause I'm too lazy to floss & brush again.

I need to start doing this! But a few times a week, I'm up until 2-4 am or so and then I eat a full meal at night argh.

I try not to eat past 730pm. I did this for a few wks and lost 5 lbs - that's the only change I made. I snack a ton so it really helps. But there are some nights when we eat dinner too early and the bag of chips are too enticing
