Depends on who I'm with. If I'm with other parents, kid-themed convos tend to come up. If I'm with friends that don't have kids I may say a few things but that's it, unless they ask specific questions.

Definitely. It doesn't stress us out or anything so I don't see any reason to avoid it. Most of the time if DH and I are talking about DD, we're regaling the hilarious stuff she has done recently.
