To what extent? Does he know start/end date? Flow?
I'll mention to him when it starts. He will probably understand that's why I've been such a bitch lately.

I usually mention it ... The first two days are pretty rough, so he knows I'll need a little extra help with toddler wrangling. He's not squeamish at all, so if I ever have issues, I can talk to him about it. He does think my use of the Diva Cup is questionable.

Sometimes. He has two sisters. It's impossible to gross him out.

I tell him if it might be interfering with "adult fun" (neither of us have any interest in him earning his red wings). But other than that, I don't really tell him anything unless I make an off-hand comment about cramps or something.

Yes he knows when I have it and I want sympathy if I have bad cramps.

I tell my husband everything, I'm like a TMI toddler. "OHMYGAWWWWWD MY UTERUS FEELS LIKE ITS GOING TO IMPLODE.....IT HURTS.....I HATE EVERYTHINNNNNG." Etc.

He knows start/end dates and fertile times because we practice NFP. He might keep better track than I do
I don't really share details about flow but I'll tell him if I'm in pain or whatever.

Usually. I don't always mention flow or anything but lately it's been really rough going in that department for me so I've been divulging more details because I need advice and am also a little aggravated with my body and need to vent. He's been surprisingly understanding. He generally wants to DVD at some point during my period which is why it's mentioned at all when I'm not having problems.

@littlejoy: I'm waiting for my period to start so I can start using a diva cup! I'm hoping it will help with my endo. I'm certain my DH will raise an eyebrow or 2.

Yes. He will often pick me up tampons or pads and I think he is just generally fascinated by the whole menstrual cycle.

I usually tell him when it is starting but don't discuss the flow, etc. Although I shared a lot of gory details about the bleeding post birth as I needed help when the pads leaked, etc. or he had to go to the store to buy pads for me. He was quite the trooper.

Not usually. Maybe TMI, but it's never seemed to affect adult time for us. I doubt DH notices, except that I might toss a towel down first. This thread is super-interesting, as the few times I've talked about this with IRL friends they want more adult time then because it can increase the flow and make AF be over faster;-)
