Our neighbor across the street walks her dog 3-4x a day so I see and talk to her the most!

I don't. I smile and wave when I see them. My DH talks to the nextdoor neighbors fairly often. I'm not a very friendly neighbor!

Some I talk to all the time and some never. Some of ours are not friendly at all and I don't get it.

We haven't. We have new neighbors on one side though. They are first time parents with a newborn. I'm excited to get to know them!

All the time. We spend a lot of time outside with the kids and they stop by to chat with us. I love our little cul-de-sac street.

I usually wave and say hi to our neighbors. If I'm going for a walk with LO, I will stop and converse (usually about LO and neighbor's grandchildren).

I talk to my neighbors whenever I see them. We exchange cards/gifts at Christmas with a few of our neighbors. We are trying to do a once a year block party for our neighborhood so we can catch up and be neighborly...this is our second year doing it...it's a BBQ potluck at the end of the cul de sac and everyone just hangs out and talk while the kids play

I don't. DH walks the dog and he's more social so he knows our neighbors much better.

All the time. Kid park, dog park, lobby. I know most of my neighbors.
