honestly I'm kind of afraid to have sex after spotting. DH and I were supposed to the night that I started spotting. So it was kind of a turn off and now I'm too chicken s*** .I got the OK from my doctor to have sex and to continue to exercise just not do anything that I haven't already done.

How did you have sex again after spotting? Nothing really brought it on, that we know of. We hadn't had sex for a couple weeks before hand. Maybe it was working out the day before? I'm scared to put anything near my vajaja!
