We're lucky enough to have my mom watch our LO when I go back to work in-home. It's the only option I feel comfortable with and so I am glad we are fortunate enough to live near our parents.

We use a day care center but its a pretty small one. He has only been there for a month and so far its going okay. The only complaint I have is that I have to keep reminding them to put diaper cream on him after he poops because he has been getting a little red. But he always smiles when I drop him off and he is smiling when my husband picks him up.

We have a nanny. It's been rough going but now that things are evening out, we're happy with our choice.

We have a nanny. It was definitely the more expensive option, but we are glad we did. We feel our son gets the best attention while he is still so little (7mos) and we hope to do some day care when he gets older for the socialization aspect.

we go to an in-home daycare...his daycare provider is a mom of a former student of mine and we adore her. she is also very affordable and the small environment was perfect for transitioning lil' cb to daycare when i went back to work.

Our LO is in a daycare center. My mom watched her the first two months after I went back to work, which was amazing because it was free and in our house, but then she had to go back home. LO started at the center at 5 months and we have been really happy. The baby room is only 8 babies and 2 teachers and they seem to really like LO and are excited along with us when she learns new things!
Having a good situation that gives me peace of mind is such a big part of being able to be a functional working mom.

We use a daycare center, and I'm very happy with it. LO LOVES other kids, does a lot of activities, and definitely enjoys being there. (I drop him off and he goes around giving all the kids and teachers hugs, hugs me goodbye, and then races off to find a toy)
I also love the other parents at our daycare center- it's been cool to meet people that way.
My parents are moving to our area, and if we have #2 I might ask my mom to watch our newborn for a few months after I go back to work since it's cheaper, but then they'll both be in daycare.

Daycare center. I checked out the other options, but I wasn't happy with them. We have loved our daycare so we definitely made the right choice for us.
