I use a reusable bottle. I have all three kinds you listed, but I prefer my glass bottle for day to day. I usually take the stainless on day trips since it holds more than my glass, and I rarely use the plastic. I do have a plastic tumbler that I use to take smoothies to work every day.

I almost never leave home without my water bottle. I have a BPA free camelbak that I take with me everywhere. I tend to spill on myself, so I use an splashguard thingy (like this http://www.rei.com/product/729119/guyot-designs-splashguard-universal)

I usually refill a water bottle or I drink from a tervis tumbler too.

I have stainless steel, very cheap from Walmart but I've had it for years.

I have a few different ones. A stainless steel bottle for beside the bed, a Venti-sized plastic cup from Starbucks (actually have two!), and a few plastic water bottles.

I use a Bobble, which a built in filter, and I take it everywhere with me. I love that I can fill it up in any city or at any sketch water fountain, and it tastes good and is clean filtered water.

I have a thermos BPA free plastic bottle with intake tracker that I use mostly (carry it with me). As a back-up I have a stainless one that I keep at my office. Bedside I have a plastic BPA free camelback or if my LO has run off with that I have a plastic straw-topped bottle that has a built in filter.

I just refill my 16.9oz Ozarka water bottle. Been wanting to get an official water bottle, but haven't gotten around to it.

I use one of those plastic cups, with the lid and a straw? Umm...I think it's what people are calling the tumblers? I guess I've never called it anything else before besides my straw cup
