I find that people are really loyal to their email provider! Even when a new email system becomes available, it takes years for it to gain a high market share...
Do you use Gmail for your personal email? Yahoo? Hotmail? Something else?
Also ,what drove your choice of email provider?

I have a yahoo e-mail address as my primary and a gmail as a secondary. DH uses gmail.

I use gmail. But I usually read it through 'mail' on my apple devices. I liked that if filters spam pretty well & I used google docs for a while, it was nice to have everything together in one place. And I would use gchat. Not so much now, but when I switched from a charter email account to my gmail one

Gmail is THE best. I switched to Gmail when DH and I first starteddating. He had Gmailand sent me an invite. I had hotmail, I never looked back once I started using Gmail.

I'm still old school and love my hotmail account. I do have a gmail account but hardly ever use it. I just have so much on my hotmail that I would hate to lose if I switched email accounts.

Gmail. I like its interface best and it filters spam better than all the others. DH uses Yahoo and I keep trying to get him to switch but he won't, so I think you're right about the loyalty!

@mrbee: Well I check gmail on my phone, hotmail on my pc, and yahoo mail only once or twice a week... I just can't handle it all being in one place so I compartmentalize!

Hotmail, same email address since 7th grade. I have a Gmail one that I hardly ever use though, due to my line of work it makes things confusing for my PC. (I work with Google and they auto sign me in with my work email address.)

Gmail. It was so easy to make the switch from Hotmail once Gmail came out! I still remember when it was invite only and I was so excited when I got one.

Gmail all the way! I got it when it was invite only because all the other providers had like NO good names available so I pretty much got first dibs on whatever I wanted through Gmail.

I use hotmail because I have always used hotmail and I'm kind of a creature of habit...
My email address still has my maiden name. When I feel like changing it I may switch to gmail since you all seem to love it so much.

I work(ed) for the company that rhymes with BOOGLE, so it was mandatory to have an account with them for work related stuff 
I still use it today and prefer it.
I had yahoo previously and gotten hacked, and it sent sex performance drug type spam emails to all my contacts like professors, job contacts, family, all that good stuff. Never again!

Gmail! I use the IMAP feature so I can manage it all in Mac Mail ... I like the interface better.

Gmail... I got an invite when it was still invite only. I love it. I have two actually, one for everyday and the other is my married name. But I never actually changed my name so I just use it as a shopping one.
I am super loyal.

Gmail and totally loyal. Actually have 2 accounts - I keep shopping emails on my maiden name account and real mail on the married account.
