My covers right now are velcro.... they aren't working as well anymore, but I do like that with velcro the diapers really form to DD. I'm going to order more..wondering if I should try snaps?

I like the snap diapers because they look less raggedy than worn out Velcro. But my husband and daycare providers love Velcro so my stash is 50/50!

I prefer snaps because I don't like the extra step of reattaching the Velcro to the laundry tabs. Hubs likes them better though! We only have 2 Velcro, and 20+ snaps.

We use snaps, and they have held up very well. Sometimes it can be difficult to get the right fit when LO is between snap sizes.

I prefer snaps on both my diapers and covers. I have a few fitteds with velcro and I had some covers with velcro but, like you, I found they don't hold up nearly as well.

We have snaps and I love them. I was worried that velcro wouldn't hold up.... and now I'm even happier with my decision.

I prefer velcro. Don't have time to snap all those snaps. I had more snaps and they started to piss me off so I bought more velcro. And night time? Aw heck naw.

Snaps- the few velcro ones have gotten real worn and they don't always stay attached to the laundry tabs.

We have snaps and velcro. I prefer the velcro, but we tend to ours very carefully, always attaching it before every load of wash.

We use gdiapers and they are velcro. LO is almost 6 months and they are still in great condition.

I have snaps. When I researched diapers it seemed that snaps had a longer life than velcro, plus your toddler will have a hard time getting the diaper off!

We have both but I mainly use snaps. I like to use my hook and loop when we go out since they are normally quicker when changing a diaper. My daughter will only lay still for about three seconds during her diaper change so I need was is easiest.

We mainly use snaps because I think its a better investment (hold up longer/better). I like the velcro but its also not great for letting them crawl around in just a diaper because it sometimes snags on our carpet.

I read the blog MODG and on there she recommends only snaps... apparently there are businesses that will convert velcro to snaps!

Our little one hasn't yet arrived but I am building a cloth diaper stash of snaps!
