Yeah, one for "Baby Lastname" (which I hope I can actually publish one day!) and one for gifts for DH, since he's on Pinterest too.

Yes, I have a house board (building ideas), Baby #2 Board, Sibling picture idea board, and birthday party board.

Yep! I use them when I go Pinterest crazy and pin 1,000 of the same theme at once. I hate it when I see that in my Pinterest thread, so I use it to avoid annoying people. Then later if I want, I make my board Public again.
Oh, and I do use it for parties and showers and gift ideas and such.

Yes I pin almost everything to secret boards for the same reason @swurlygurl: mentioned. I do pin healthy recipes to public boards so it looks like I eat healthy stuff and that I don't spend all the late night feedings looking up chocolate cake recipes.

I did! Baby 2 before we went public. Then I had Olivia's 2nd party board private, but I made it public because I had to share with my Mom for something.

I have one for a baby board. I don't want people to see me pinning and start pestering me about having one. Will keep it private until we are pregnant and past the first trimester.

Yep, mostly baby/pregnancy-related stuff. I've had it since baby fever set in long before TTC! I probably won't publish even after the first trimester...
And I also have a couple devoted to party/shower ideas and gifts.

Yes! We have one LO and aren't trying for #2 yet, but I always see the cutest nursery ideas so I have two secret boards for baby girl and baby boy nurseries.

Yeah I have one called "my someday" with things I want to do someday- or plan to do- kinda like a bucket list. Even though my BFF isn't even dating anyone, I have a secret bachelorette board for her haha. And then a boudoir board.

Yep. For someone who is TTC with their first, it's a lifesaver! I also have a secret tattoo board to keep my mother from finding out about any future tattooing plans.

I did when I was planning my BFF's baby shower and DS's 1st birthday. For baby shower, didn't want her knowing the theme or what I had in mind. For DS, because I don't think my followers cared to have their feed blasted with a bunch of safari ideas and how to's. lol

i pinned on a private nursery board. i made a pinterest for my mom this wk end and was showing her how it worked on mine first and was trying to avoid her seeing it, not sure how successful that was, she may have just been polite enough not to mention it.

I have quite a few private baby boards (gear, general info, baby girl nursery, baby boy nursery, general nursery, feeding, etc). I also have some private, but shared boards for friends' weddings, baby showers or parties, etc. I LOVE secret boards, and that you can now have as many as you want!

@autumnlove: Yes, the unlimited feature is AMAZING! They updated secret boards a while ago to give you more options, and I've absolutely taken advantage of being able to have more than 3 secret boards!
